It offers higher bandwidth options and has a built in reliability that is not available on traditional products. 

 

EFM provides the same speeds for both upload and download using a symmetrical link into the Broadband Junction network. We also guarantee a speed that you will receive from your local exchange.

 

EFM is provided with Service Level 4 from BT Openreach meaning that should any fault arise, it will be fixed within 6 Working hours.

 

Unlike traditional broadband, EFM does not require it's own telephone line. It is presented at your premeses as an Ethernet socket.
